Sydney Wildlife Rescue now has the Mobile Care Unit in operation.

The Mobile Care Unit (MCU) is available to all licensed wildlife carers, not just Sydney Wildlife Rescue volunteers. Any wildlife carer within NSW who is licensed by NPWS and is a member of a NPWS licensed wildlife rescue organisation, is invited to make a booking via the process detailed below.

Sydney Wildlife Rescue's Mobile Care Unit

Sydney Wildlife Rescue’s Northern Beaches branch runs “Clinic” days every Thursday and fortnightly on Wednesdays.

The first Thursday of the month will be spent at the Coastal Environment Centre in North Narrabeen (see map below.) Please DO NOT enter the Big4 Sydney Lakeside Holiday Caravan Park.

The other Thursdays will be at The Pet Specialists at 16 Myoora Rd, Terrey Hills. Parking is available anywhere in the parking lot.

On fortnightly Wednesdays, the mobile care unit will be in the parking lot of Frenchs Forest Veterinary Hospital at 24 Forest Way, Frenchs Forest. The mobile care unit will be parked on an active veterinary practice parking lot. It is important that our “footprint” remain as small as possible. Therefore, there will be absolutely NO PARKING in the vet practice parking lot. The map below details the location of the MCU in Frenchs Forest and available parking areas.

Sydney Wildlife Rescue's Central Branch runs "Clinic" days fortnightly on Friday and Saturday at Gladesville Veterinary Hospital at 449 Victoria Road, Gladesville. Parking is available in the hospital parking lot.

Bookings can be made by sending an email to SWMobileCareUnit@gmail.com

Please include

3. Record/Call number

4. Species of animal
